i10X Subscriber Terms of Service

These Subscriber Terms of Service (“Subscriber Terms”) apply to all paid subscriptions offered through the i10X platform (“Subscription Services”) by i10X Global Pte Ltd (“i10X”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or using a subscription plan on i10X.ai, you agree to these Subscriber Terms.

These terms supplement and are governed by the i10X Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms used but not defined here carry the meaning from those documents.

If you do not agree with any part of these Subscriber Terms, please do not purchase or use a subscription.

1. Subscription Services & Conditions

1.1 Overview

A paid subscription on i10X grants you enhanced access to the i10X platform, including (but not limited to) higher usage quotas (credits), access to premium AI agents and models, faster response times, and other exclusive features as defined at the time of your purchase.

Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier and reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, and do not roll over between months.
Credit usage is tracked per interaction; certain models or agents may require more credits per use, as shown on their respective profile pages.

The list of available agents and features may change over time.

1.2 Subscription Conditions

Your access to Subscription Services depends on:

Successful and timely payment of subscription fees.
Not sharing your account or subscription with others.
Maintaining accurate account and payment information.
Compliance with i10X Terms of Service, including acceptable use policies.

We reserve the right to revoke access for any misuse, including attempts to mislead the platform or circumvent regional restrictions.

2. Payments and Billing

2.1 General Terms

Fees: You agree to pay the applicable subscription fee based on your selected plan, along with any applicable taxes.
Taxes: Prices do not include VAT, GST, or other applicable duties unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any tax obligations associated with your location.
Payment Methods: You must provide a valid payment method. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments securely.
Currency: Fees are typically billed in USD or another supported currency shown at checkout. Foreign exchange or bank fees are your responsibility.
Restricted Jurisdictions: Some countries may restrict your ability to subscribe or make payments. It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws.

2.2 Recurring Billing and Refunds

Your subscription will renew automatically (monthly or annually, based on your selection) until canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
Third-Party Purchases: If you subscribed through a platform such as Apple or Google, their billing, refund, and cancellation policies apply.

2.3 Price Changes

We may update subscription pricing or features. You’ll receive at least 30 days’ notice before any changes apply to your plan. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

2.4 Free Trials and Promotional Offers

i10X may offer limited-time free trials or promo codes. Details and terms will be shown during sign-up.
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
Promotional codes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or reused.

2.5 Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel anytime via your i10X account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate subscriptions for non-payment, fraud, or violation of these terms.
If you subscribed via a third party (e.g., Apple or Google), cancellation must be handled through that platform.

3. Privacy and Communications

By subscribing, you consent to receiving service-related emails from us (e.g., payment confirmations, policy updates).

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Subscription Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features or agents available through your subscription at any time without liability.

Our maximum liability for any claims related to your subscription is limited to the amount paid by you to i10X in the past twelve (12) months.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless i10X from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your violation of these Subscriber Terms or applicable tax laws, including failure to remit required taxes.

6. Miscellaneous

These Subscriber Terms represent the full agreement between you and i10X concerning your subscription.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

We may update these Subscriber Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or the platform.

Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
