Welcome to i10X!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and i10X Global Pte Ltd (“i10X,” “we,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the i10X platform, including all AI agents and related services we provide (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using i10X, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using i10X on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Overview of i10X

i10X is a platform for exploring, building, and using AI-powered agents created using large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers. These agents span various use cases—productivity, business, education, entertainment, legal drafting, and more. While i10X facilitates access to these agents, we are not responsible for the outputs, actions, or claims made by the agents, which are powered by external technologies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use i10X. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.

3. Your Use of i10X

3.1 License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use i10X, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

3.2 Acknowledgments

You understand and agree that:

  • AI agents on i10X may not always provide accurate, up-to-date, or reliable information.
  • Do not rely on the Platform in situations involving personal safety, financial or legal decisions, or emergencies.
  • i10X and its agents may be modified, updated, or removed at any time and may occasionally experience interruptions or bugs.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use i10X to violate laws or infringe rights.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform or agents.
  • Interfere with platform functionality, including introducing malware or bypassing security.
  • Use i10X to develop competing products or services.
  • Automatically extract data via scraping or similar methods.
  • Falsely represent AI-generated content as human-created.

3.4 Feedback

We appreciate suggestions and feedback. By submitting them, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify them for any purpose without compensation.

4. Content and Ownership

4.1 User Content

“Your Content” includes prompts, inputs, agent conversations, and shared results. Content created by others using similar prompts is not considered Your Content.

4.2 User-Created Agents

If you build an agent on i10X (“Your Agents”), you are solely responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, these Terms, and the acceptable use policies of any third-party LLMs. We reserve the right to remove agents that violate these rules.

4.3 Ownership and License

You retain ownership of Your Content and Your Agents. However, by using the Platform, you grant i10X a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

4.4 Responsibility

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and consequences of Your Content and Your Agents. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates these Terms or poses risk to the platform or users.

5. Termination

You may stop using i10X at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to i10X at our discretion, without notice, for any reason. Certain sections (including 3.4, 4.3, 4.4, 5, 6, 7, and 8) will survive termination.

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes data shared with third-party LLM providers to enable agent functionality. Please avoid inputting sensitive personal information. For more details, refer to the individual agent profile pages.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The i10X Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted access to the Platform or any agent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claims related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to i10X in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
